Terra Delyssa X Fly by Jing 15-minute-Garlic Chili Oil Noodles

A quick, flavor-packed noodle dish that combines the rich aroma of slow-cooked garlic with the bold, spicy kick of Fly By Jing Sichuan chili crisp. In just 15 minutes, silky noodles are tossed in a creamy, savory sauce made from peanut butter, soy sauce, and green onions, then finished with Terra Delyssa extra virgin olive oil, fresh cilantro, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner or a spicy, gourmet treat anytime.

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 4 oz dry noodles
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 tbsp Terra Delyssa extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sichuan chili crisp (plus more for topping, optional)
  • 0.5 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp green onion, diced
  • 2–4 tbsp reserved noodle cooking water
  • Cilantro & sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic oil Ā· Finely dice the garlic. Add Terra Delyssa extra virgin olive oil to a pan and heat on the lowest setting. The oil should be gently warm, not smoking.
  2. Ā  Slow-cook the garlic Add the garlic to the oil and let it gently simmer, stirring often. Keep the heat low and allow the garlic to slowly turn golden and fragrant, about 5–10 minutes.
  3. Ā Cook the noodles Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Ā Mix in the chili crisp Ā· Turn off the heat and stir the Fly By Jing Sichuan chili crisp directly into the warm garlic oil..
  5. Ā Make the sauce In a serving bowl, combine chicken bouillon powder, sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, and sliced green onion.
  6. Ā Emulsify the sauce Carefully ladle the hot garlic–chili crisp oil into the bowl. Stir immediately until the sauce becomes smooth, glossy, and fully emulsified.
  7. Toss the noodles Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
  8. Serve Plate the noodles and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds. For extra heat and texture, spoon about ½ teaspoon of chili crisp on top. Enjoy!
